CELF And LFE schools Network Taking Part In CESNA-LB Project

In an effort to engage students in environmental conservation, TERRE Liban has launched an initiative with the French Institute of Lebanon to raise awareness about the importance of protecting environmentally sensitive areas.

Within this context, training sessions were held for 90 coordinators and educators from various schools on the seven branches of FIL (Beirut, Tripoli, Jounieh, Zahlé, Baalbeck, Deir el Qamar, and Saida), and they involved students from 34 schools within the CELF and LFE networks.

The students will take part in the activity of locating sensitive areas, and the information gathered will be shared on a platform created especially for this function on the website of TERRE Liban.

This project seeks to teach children about environmental protection while also getting them involved in civic responsibility.
